The Big Echo Karaoke Box was opened on 9 September 2001 in Bangkok. It is the karaoke chain store originated in Japan. A total of 250 outlets are currently operating in Japan with which 11 in Hong Kong, one each in Shanghai, Taiwan and Bangkok. In Bangkok, there are 40 karaoke rooms, which are all equipped with the latest and modernized musical instruments. To ensure that the daily operations are not　jeopardized, the professional engineer performs regular maintenance on the equipment from time to time.

Bearing the concept that the main purpose for people to visit the karaoke is for relaxation and entertainment, the management of The Big Echo is trying their very best to bring joy and amusement to all people who visit their shop. All the rooms are kept tidy and clean to give a fresh and neat feeling to visitors at all times. They deliver the latest version of music and songs and are updated on monthly basis.

At The Big Echo, you can find a combination of more than 70 varieties of food and beverage in Thai, Japanese and Western styles. A promotion package scheme is conducted on lunch, tea and dinner set at the specified periods. To award the enthusiastic customers, an accumulating points system is introduced for those who have spent on every 200 Baht payment and those with qualified cumulated points. Customers can make use of the cumulated points for free hourly service.
