Sam Lo,
the restaurant manager mentioned, “we know Seito has
developed to use PDA to take orders in food and beverage industries. We
also know that Seito is well known to provide a stable and reliable
F&B management system to the market. Therefore, we choose
Seito. Moreover, we also adopted their Seito Wireless System, which
really increase the operation efficiency. Nevertheless, our customers
are quite interested in our PDA terminals and think that we are
providing professional services to them.” The manager added,
“Besides, our staff has different nationality, especially in
our kitchen there are many Korean staff. The system provides Korean display and printing functions.
This not only greatly reduces the misunderstanding on the orders, but
also improves the efficiency of the operation.”
